Our bracelets are range from 4mm to 12mm in bead thickness. Please keep in mind, this is the size of the beads, NOT the size of the bracelet. The size of the bracelets themselves are approximately 7'' around.
That being said, not all wrists are created equal. All of our adult bracelets are designed with a length of 7'', the most common size for our customers. While wrist sizes do vary, our bracelets offer some stretching, therefore this 7'' size will fit the majority of our customer's wrists, even if they have slightly smaller or slightly larger wrists. However, most bracelets can be custom-made smaller (6.5'') or larger (7.5'') by request. If you would like a custom size for any of the bracelets in your order, please leave us a note in the Comment Box on the Checkout page. Custom-sized bracelets cannot be returned/exchanged, and these orders do take a bit longer to process.
As with any fashion jewelry, items may discolor over time due to a variety of factors such as skin composition, the way you care for the jewelry and the air around you. This is particularly true with lighter-colored bracelets, such as white. Oils on the skin such as makeup, sunless tanners, lotions and perspiration, as well as moisture and sunlight can also contribute to discoloration. We strongly encourage our customers not to wear their jewelry when swimming, sleeping or showering/bathing. If you'd like to clean your jewelry, we recommend a magic eraser, or a cloth with mild dish soap.

Calypso accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Venmo and PayPal.
Please note, Promo Codes are not applicable for Personalized Bracelets, as well as items which are already discounted. Promo Codes may not be stacked or combined, and are not valid on Sale Items.
All items are handmade to order by Calypso, and are shipped within approximately 5-7 business days of the order being placed. This time may be extended during large sales, and will be noted in the sale details if so.
*Rush Service - If you are in a pinch for time, we do offer an optional rush processing service for an additional 25% of your order total. You may choose the Rush Option at checkout to have your order processed and shipped within 3 business days of being placed.
USPS first class shipping is free for all purchases of at least $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5 will be applied.
We also offer USPS Priority Shipping, as well as UPS Ground Shipping, depending on how quickly you need your package. Please reach out to us in advance of placing your order if you would like additional expedited shipping options.
We do ship internationally! Please send us an email if you are interested in information about international shipping.
Local pickup is available to select at checkout. You will receive an email notification with instructions when your order is ready for pickup. The pickup windows are Monday and Thursdays between 11a and 3p. Our design studio is at 3868 Hard Rd, in the Kroger Shopping Center on Sawmill Road. IMPORTANT: All orders take 3 to 5 business days to design. If you are unable to pick your order up during the above timefrmes, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange shipping instead.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
We want nothing more than for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to make it right.
In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping, including tracking, and the item(s) must be received in their original condition within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note, personalized/custom items may not be exchanged.
In the event that we've made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label, and once we confirm your return is in transit, your replacement item(s) will be shipped to you.
